Refund policy
Our company applies a 7-day return policy. That is, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns are only accepted if the product is in the same condition as when received, unused/unworn, and with tags and original packaging intact and undamaged. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you received and purchase the desired item again after the return is accepted. For detailed information about exchanges, please refer to the NOTICE section on our website.
14-Day Withdrawal Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with or without cause. As mentioned above, returned products must be in the same condition as when received, unused/unworn, with tags and original packaging intact and undamaged. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
