In order to sell high-quality products at reasonable prices, Koznov does not keep inventory but sells using a 1:1 order method , contacting dealers when orders come in.
When you place an order, the order goes straight to the dealer, and cancellation is not possible after the dealer orders, so please make your purchase carefully.

Delivery time is 3-7 business days on average for domestic shipping and 7-14 business days for overseas shipping (USA) .
If there is a delay due to a business partner or if the product is in a rush for orders, delivery may take longer, and reorders may be delayed by more than 2 weeks, so please place your order with plenty of time.
Please carefully check the product details (size, material, etc.) before purchasing.

 

 

🌍 Additional information regarding overseas shipping

Overseas shipping is done through international express services such as EMS, DHL, and UPS, and you can track the shipment using the tracking number after shipping.
Depending on the customs policy of the recipient country (e.g., the United States), customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), and customs clearance fees may be charged, which are the buyer's responsibility. (The United States is duty-free for orders under $800, but this may vary by state.)

πŸ” Exchange and Return Guide

Due to the nature of the 1:1 ordering method, simple changes of mind or cancellations midway through the order are not possible .
The following reasons are not considered as defects/faults: - thread, chalk marks, stitching finish, creases during delivery, size errors of 1-3 cm, etc.
After receiving the product, please be sure to check the condition of the product before wearing it. If there are signs of wear (body odor, perfume, stretching, knitwear, etc.), it cannot be exchanged or returned and will be considered a used product.
In case of returns due to intentional damage or false defects, compensation for damages may be claimed as photos are taken during the product packaging and inspection process.
Exchanges for defective products are only possible for the same product, color, and size .
All return costs due to defective products or incorrect delivery will be covered by Koznov.

 

 

🚚 Return/Exchange Request and Cost Information

In accordance with Article 17 of the Electronic Commerce Act and Article 26 of the Terms and Conditions, you must express your intention to exchange/return the product within 24 hours of receiving the product, and the return must be completed within 7 days (including weekends and public holidays).
All components (hangers, vinyl, free gifts, etc.) must be returned without damage. Exchanges and returns are not possible if the items are missing or damaged.
